Refunds are generally not available for any Subscription fees already paid. However, in certain circumstances, CGaaS.ai may offer refunds or credits at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that are caused by the CGaaS.ai platform and are not resolved within a reasonable timeframe by our support team, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Incorrect Charges: If you are incorrectly charged or billed multiple times for the same service, we will promptly issue a refund for the erroneous charges.

  • Service Not Delivered: If, due to a fault on our part, you are unable to access the CGaaS.ai platform or the services you have subscribed to, you may be eligible for a refund for the period during which the service was unavailable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel your Subscription due to a change of mind or if you no longer wish to use the services provided, no refund will be issued for the remaining period of your Subscription.

  • Partial Use: If you have used the CGaaS.ai platform for any portion of the billing cycle, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining unused period.

  • Promotional Offers: Refunds are not available for services purchased under promotional discounts or offers.

  • Violation of Terms: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your Subscription, you may do so at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided on the CGaaS.ai platform. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
